Recently my wireless  keyboard "froze".  Being a relatively beginner on computers, I naturally freaked out.

 

I finally figured out I needed new batteries.  I installed them and the keyboard still did not function.  I called a computer repair co. listed in the yellow  pages.  I called and was told by the woman who  answered that she was on lunch & was away from the office  &  she was on a cell phone and could he call me back.  Right Away, I asked.  Probably not before Monday.

 

I called  another co.  I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the call was dropped.

 

I went back to the yellow pages and called your company.  The phone was answered on the 2nd ring and I was greeted pleasantly by a man named "MIKE"  He asked if I had punched the reset button on the bottom of the keyboard.  I replied "NO, I didn't know there was a reset button.  I punched it and the keyboard still did not respond...so he said I would probably need it looked at.  For my convenience at my convenient time,  we scheduled  home visit.

 

About an hour later I tried the keyboard again...It was functioning normally. I had not given it time the first time.  I called Mike and canceled the appointment.  But, I have to tell you, I will have future computer problems...Technology is foreign to me.  And I will always call your company. Mike was understanding and patient with me and of course he fixed my problem.

 

You have a good  employee.  He should be commended.

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Mr. Jim Butera, President of Innovative Technology Solutions, LLC (ITS Techs).  I have known Jim for over five years and has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition.

 

We started off with simple computer issues and moved on to the more complicated. Jim Butera offered our organization a computer maintenance agreement about a year ago. Mr. Corlew and I were very reluctant to invest the money in a program that focuses on working on computers that we believe to have no problems. Since there was no contractual agreement of any length of time, Jim convinced us that it would be a great investment. We had no true risk since there was nothing more than a 30 day notice needed to cancel the agreement.

 

Well here we are a year later; our computers are faster and less troublesome which makes our team more productive. We eliminated unwanted downloads and playing games, we monitor computers for inappropriate usefulness and therefore there is no play time in our work place any longer.

 

We eradicated the downtime due to viruses, spywares, and the uncontrolled upgrading schedules; Jim’s group was on it.  ITS Techs keeps up with security updates and cleans up spyware issues as well.  They address our needs during the regular service visits, provide us with on-phone-in assistance if an emergency occurs or if required before the next schedule visit.

  

We have been in business for over 35 years; today we can honestly state that we are current from a technology perspective and free of quandaries since working with Jim and ITS Techs. They are reliable and trustworthy and we learned a great deal from the point that we thought we had no issues to understanding the issues since Jim’s team speaks in English (no computer talk).
