In addition to this, they pulled all of my good data off my existing hard drive and loaded it onto the new computer. I came home, hooked up my monitor, mouse, speakers, and keyboard to the new computer and booted it up, expecting a horrible time of being able to find my files or hook up to the Internet via some convoluted problem with Comcast, let alone be able to use my video cam and the Skype program. You’ve been there. We all have. We have all gotten stung. Not so with these guys. Much to my surprise, but to the very high praises of Jim and Anthony Butera of ITS Techs, everything worked absolutely perfectly the very first time.

I have been around computers since the very first Radio Shack TRS-80 came out … and can honestly say this experience with ITS Techs is positively THE BEST COMPUTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. You can buy computers at a thousand places … but you’ll have a hard time of finding such wonderful customer service as what Janet and I experienced. Marvelous. Simply marvelous.
