CallPilot provides Voice/Fax Messaging as well as integrated Unified Messaging capabilities through the users’ familiar desktop e-mail environment or Web based Unified Messaging and personal mailbox management with My CallPilot. CallPilot 5.0 introduces several new features and functionalities focused on reducing total cost of ownership (TCO), improving the user experience and ease of use, increasing robustness and reliability, and providing additional messaging parity functionality to expand the addressable market.

Key Features:

Provides access to e-mail, faxes, and voicemail from any touchtone phone, desktop PC e-mail client, browser-enabled PC, or mobile e-mail enabled device.

Does not impact e-mail servers or generate high volumes of LAN or WAN traffic.

Can be used in a variety of client environments, including Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, Internet mail clients including Netscape and Qualcom Eudora Pro, Macintosh, Linux, and Citrix environments.

Structured Cabling. Its provides Structured Cabling Services. This includes Category 3 voice cabling- Category 5e and Category 6 Gigimax. Installed by license Low Voltage technicians. Terminated- Tested- 1 year warranty.

Structured Cabling in today's environment has become more and more complex. Installers are required by codes to be licensed and bonded as Low Voltage Contractors. This includes Category 3 voice cabling- Category 5e and Category 6 Gigimax.

Our Technicians install- terminate- test- and label all jacks, media panels and risers. We acquire permits and inspections to county and city codes. Our structured cables carries a 0ne year warranty.

Overhead Paging. Nortel Telephone Systems provide phone to phone paging as a standard option. In many cases customer need to page certain areas of the building. We provide overhead speakers for paging and background music. We also provide zone paging, this allows you to page targeted areas of your building. Paging horns can be added to the system for factory areas or outside areas.

Music on hold. This feature allows your callers to listen to music while on hold. The music can also be heard over you telephone set at your desk also.

Infomercials. Many customer have infomercials. These CDs play information about their business and services while on hold.
