We are looking for a Computer Service Technician who is reliable, customer service oriented, quick on their feet, and a team player. PC Troubleshooting – Includes the ability to remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software with common software tools. Identify and resolve hardware issues with desktops and laptops. All of this needs to be completed in a timely manner to give you the ability to work quick and multi-task (Windows 7 to Windows 10). You need to have the technical ability to tear down a laptop or desktop. For example; replace a motherboard, laptop screen, laptop keyboard, power supply, etc. Virus and Spyware removal experience is necessary as well.

** This means you must have previous experience in doing the above, so please don’t apply without having this expertise.

You would be handling in-shop repairs and remote service as well as on-site repairs and/or installations.

Server experience would be a great addition to your abilities so please let us know.

Tablet and Mac Repair would be a big PLUS but is not required if you have everything else.

Requires a valid Driver’s License and proper transportation to get to our office.

Average Business Hours – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm AND Saturday and Sundays closed (rare exception is business migration and/or emergency over the weekend). Closed on most major holidays as well.

Hourly Position – Rates vary based on experience – FULL-TIME or PART-TIME – Please include time of availability and salary requirements.
